The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The location was central; near other restaurants and hotels, a short tuk tuk ride to the 'pub street,' old market and the river. In all it was a great stay!

Friendly and professional staff can make all the difference in a hotel. And in the Lotus Blanc Resort all managers, people at the reception, bell boys, cleaning personnel, everyone was very friendly and helpful, not to forget the hotel drivers. The hotel has spacious rooms with large bathrooms and a beautiful swimming pool. It a is close to the center and the Angkor temples are also easily accessible by car. The Christmas decoration was impressive.

A place you will always remember.

The outsides are luxuriant and the pool is really outstanding.

Rooms spacious, high ceiling and white curtains, simple but very effective.

Location is perfect to go to the temples.

Took the guide from the hotel, a real passionate and good english.

Services at the hotel are great, the spa is really professional.

Enjoy it for 2/3 nights and visit Cambodia!

I wish I could give 10 stars that's how great this place has been. The staff are incredible Ms Kanji, Ms Sonny, Ms Phaser, Mr Manith, Mr Bora, Mr Eng and Manager Jacky deliver world class sercice. This team sets a high standard for friendly prompt and courteous guest interactions. They arranged our day tours and set up a great itinerary. They were knowledgeable and made terrific recommendations for meals and enhancements to our day tours. My only regret is that I can't stay longer. I didn't want to leave. The hotel is super clean. The breakfast is outstanding and delicious offering a wide variety of food. The hotel location is great. The grounds are beautiful. You will be delighted to stay here. I can't wait to come back. I highly recommend this place. Do not hesitate to book this hotel you certainly will have a memorable and lovely experience. My favorite part is how lovely the staff have been. They smile wide and great you with joy. The greatest treasure Cambodia has to offer is it's people.

Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed it very much. We stayed 6 days. I loved the decoration and the garden.
The room was "superior", big enough, very comfortable bed. Balcony to the garden. Air conditioning a little too loud.
Great breakfast, always fresh fruit, asian noodle soup, few warm dishes, eggs, salads, sweet cakes, pancakes, crapes, musli, juice etc.
Big swiming pool and beautiful garden.
Wifi was ok, sometimes in the room was slow.
The location was perfect for us because we didnt want to stay in the centre of noisy Simem Reap. You have tuk tuk for 2 dollars in front of the hotel. Around 15 minutes to Angkor Wat, we had a motorbike. 15 minutes to the silk farm.

The problem was the noise, there are wooden floors without carpet. If someone has heavy steps, you can hear and feel it a lot. Sometimes we woke up around 5 or 6 in the morning because someone was walking in his room.

Staff was professional, helpful and always smiling.
