The service staff were very gracious and helpful. The atmosphere and design of the property and rooms are in a French Colonial period. The bedroom AC is very comfortable. The morning meals have a vast selection of foods and fruits. Overall, a great experience. This was my second stay at the resort and plan to return again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel four years ago and was met with the same high standards second time round with the the added bonus of a newly installed gym. Sitting on the edge of Siemens reap, on the way to the temples, combined with a fantastic pool and colonial setting we were so glad to be here for a full week! I'd rate location, service etc as excellent-i couldn't get the ratings buttons to respond!

Room Tip: Pool facing rooms are quieter.

We indeed have a gym with full equipment - treadmill, weights, mats, bike, etc.

We hope you also had time to enjoy dinner in our French fine-dining restaurant Le Connaisseur.

Hoping to have the chance to welcome you again,

Have a nice day,

The Victoria Angkor team.

This is our second stay here as we visited Siam Reap in 2013. We had fond memories of the hotel and Cambodia. The hotel didn't disappoint.

Check in was smooth and a bed was waiting for our child in the room as requested. We ate twice in the restaurant for dinner and the service and food was excellent. I asked if a dish contained soya sauce which I'm allergic to and the kitchen ensured this was the case, with the servicing staff advising me that my meal would take slightly longer as a result.

The hotel happily organised a tour for us and we're competent and knowledgeable of what tours would suit family circumstances.

The pool is one of the best we have used. Cooling but warm enough so it was not a shock to us after half a day walking around temples in the humidity. What better way to spend an afternoon than by the pool with a cold mocktail or cocktail.

The interior of the hotel is a delight to wander around, with the fishes and baby crocodiles a hit with children and adults alike.

The various fantastic markets of Siam Reap are a quick Tuk tuk drive away which is easily arranged through the staff with the numerous Tuk tuk drivers waiting near the hotel.

We would love to return to Siam Reap and Victoria Angkor Resort will be the first hotel on our list of places to stay if we do.

Very warm and caring staff from the reception house-keeping, restaurants, and spa. Overall we had great service during our two night stay. The hotel decoration was very nice with a clear french influence, although the open-air common areas meant the hot and humid weather can get to you!

we've stayed in several high end hotels in Siem Reap and the Victoria Angkor is our clear favourite. It feels like home every tine we come back. I recommend you ask for a suite. my favourite is the Gouverneur. It is large, spacious, elegant and a joy to come back to. the spa is a treat. Shina and Kanha wonderful therapists and Kunthea the delightful manager. Indeed all the staff at the Victoria are a delight. very kind and thoughtful and anticipating our needs.

Room Tip: Suites. especially the Gouverneur and the Maharajah
