This hotel oozes serenity and luxury from the moment you arrive. We were met at the hotel entrance with a welcome drink while we checked in. We were upgraded to a poolside suite, which was a nice surprise. The pool with its surrounding vegetation is the highlight of the hotel, so you should plan on spending some time relaxing around the pool. The hotel is located in a nice area, walking distance to a few good restaurants, as well as the night market and Pub Street. You have to experience Pub Street while you are there! All in all, a very enjoyable property.

First rate hotel for Cambodia. A little long in the tooth for decor and furnishings. It was most convenient for daily excursions to the area temples.
The spa plays recorded music and chants in the outdoor common areas. I found the volume too loud to be pleasant as you could easily hear it in your room with the doors closed. My requests to turn the volume down were met with a polite “ yes sir, right away sir” but it never seemed to actually result in less volume.
The buffet restaurant was good as it had a wide selection of western and eastern choices. However , the restaurant and grill had nicer tasting food.
The location is close and walkable to a number of bars and restaurants and the French quarter. Tuk tuks are easy to find near but not at the entrance.

Stayed two nights in a delux overlooking pool.

Typical wonderful Belmond welcome.

Room and service was excellent.

Wide range on offer for breakfast and Manager does a welcome drinks reception on a Friday night.

Had a good meal at Ember, who presented us with a welcome cake.

Not cheap, but you get what you pay for...

A lovely, more traditional style, boutique hotel. Once through the entrance, you forget about the dusty outside. There is a nice pool area and a few choices for dining. We stayed on the second floor overlooking the pool, which was very quiet. We understand that the roadside rooms can be a bit noisy. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and the aircon worked well. I would prefer to have bathroom slippers provided as opposed to the sandals. The employees are very friendly and try very hard to please. Twice we just had tapas at Martini’s. The food and drinks were very good. As with most all other places we stayed on our SE Asia tour, the laundry is cheap as well as alcohol (except for wine). The breakfast buffet was good with multiple stations throughout the dining room and eggs to order on the patio. There was a manager’s reception while we were there from 6:30-7:30 pm with free drinks. We were always welcomed back from our hot day of touring with a cool beverage and face cloth.

This hotel is centrally located in Siam Reap. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant and bar service was good and so was the quality of the food. The pool looked inviting though I did not have time to try it. The gym was small and the choice was limited.
