Beautiful hotel, calm and in perfect style with the surrounding area. Good Khmer food. The staff was very polite and careful to your needs and most of all always smiling. The Spa was excellent. Walking distance from Siem Reap market and restaurants.

I travel to Luang Prabang frequently and this is my favorite place to stay

The moment you enter the grounds and spacious rooms you feel at home. The new Chef Mark cooks up a storm of very tasty local and International culinary delights.

The Pool is the best in town and the SPA amazing.

Thank you guys well done

I stay here every year when I visit Siem Reap for work. I have stayed in a couple of other places in Siem Rap also and I can say La Residence gets better every year! Already looking forward to next year! It’s an oasis in town with the best staff getting around!

Really enjoyed the peaceful and restful respite provided by this hotel in Siem Reap. The open air lobby and lush courtyard around the pool offered an oasis in an often noisy and chaotic city.

+

*Pool was wonderful. Excellent service and relaxed atmosphere,
* superb spa. I went for 3 treatments. All reasonably priced and expertly provided.
* wonderful breakfast buffet. Indoor/outdoor tables and delicious options.
* nice rooms and efficient housekeeping service. Our balcony faced the busy street. So, we didn’t use it.

-

* bar staff and offerings were not great, Water downed drinks and disappointing food. Too bad in a wonderful open aired space. Amateurish.
* puzzling lack of an upscale restaurant. Buffet at lunch and dinner plus casual dining near the pool. No sit down lunch or dinner space for a more intimate experience.

Restful experience.

Room Tip: Get a room facing the pool to avoid street noise.

A wonderfully beautiful hotel near downtown Siem Reap. Quiet and tranquil setting with multiple ponds and nice artwork makes for a serene experience. The rooms are stunning with a large sofa, unique desk, dressing area and luxury bathroom. The artwork was Cambodian, the trimmings were of dark woods, while the amenities were modern and comfortable. You are in another world as soon as you enter. The staff is friendly and experienced. It has an elevator to access the various floors. Loved it.
