This hotel offered class, great room sizes and excellent service. The piano player in the lounge bar in the evening was most accommodating, able to play anything we requested of him with style and grace. Will definitely stay here again if we return, nowhere else would do. :-)

Wonderful stay over the weekend at Raffles. The hostes Theary is very sweet and has very good tips of where to go and where to eat real khmer food! She thinks of everything and can help you to get around. I hope to visit Siem Reap and Raffles again someday!

Enjoyed a few days away to visit the temples. Concierge was very efficient Pre arrival and all was organized. We had a hotel car and driver and private guide. The guide, Tim was very knowledgeable and met every need we had. The hotel driver was polite and provided exceptional service. All staff were friendly and English level was excellent. Great Gin and Tonics as well. Enjoyed the comfort of one of the Personality Suites in the main building. Great location close to all the main attractions. Recommend this hotel.

A wonderful colonial building, garden setting stretches out across the road from the front entrance. Beautiful black and white tiles throughout the corridors, up-market boutiques and a delightful Buddha statue exhibition whilst I was there. Extensive breakfast offerings, I chose to sit on the outside terrace which was beautifully mild in the mornings and missed the bustle from some quite large groups that seem to frequent the hotel. The resident pianist played and sang some great music but a little loud for me, however, other locations are available to enjoy your cocktail and complementary nibbles. If you are too weary to head out for dinner the Café serves excellent food with outstanding service. Rooms are clean, air con and overhead fan were welcome to keep the air fresh. Staff in the Spa are wonderful but the facilities themselves need a refresh. Pool is great with attentive service, towels promptly delivered and fresh fruit skewers served.

Room Tip: I valued the balcony for some fresh air.

The Raffles in Siem Reap took us to another time in Cambodia. Staying at the Raffles makes one feel like royalty. The atmosphere, the decor, the Buddha art exhibited, the classiest of the rooms, the refinement of the staff and just all the meticulous details transports guests to another realm. We just loved our experience and highly recommend it to anyone wanting an elevated stay in Siem Reap.
