If you want to escape the backpacker scene in Siem Reap for some culinary tranquility, this is a great place. About 10 minutes from Pub Street, there are fantastic grilled meats (including a local tenderloin, which was cooked to perfection) and fish. We had a whole red snapper, which had been stuffed with lemongrass and garlic and then salt baked.
The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
