From the moment David picked us up from the airport in his spacious a/c car to the time we departed we were treated and felt like royalty. The rooms were spacious clean and quite while the garden and pool were like being in an oasis.
Thanks for making it so enjoyable.

I stayed at Shintana Saya Residence with my Husband on our Honeymoon to visit the Temples in Siam Reap. This hotel had the best hospitality, service and friendliness I have ever encountered (I have stayed in many hotels all over the world !). David the owner went above and beyond to ensure that we had a beautiful honeymoon, dinner on the house on our first night, complimentary fruits and cheeses plus wines. They even filled the tub with petals and left us an amazing array of flowers. I can not recommend this hotel enough, it is great for a stop off in Cambodia to see the temples.

I stayed here at the beginning of March. Everything about the stay from the warm welcome and pick up at the airport to amazing beautiful rooms, pool side and friendly staff made the stay blissful and relaxing. The rooms are large and spacious and beautifully decorated, a true feel of luxury. The staff are accommodating and literally cannot do enough to help make your stay perfect. They offer free pick up and drop off at the airport, along with drop offs into town or local restaurants. They also arranged a driver for the day at a reasonable price to take us to the temples which are only a short distance away and worth a visit, along with this they even called and made a dinner reservation for us. A great location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that tuk tuks on the way home are only a mere $3. The food at the hotel is also a must try, breakfast is yummy and make sure you try the pancakes as they are delicious!! Also the main meals are reasonably priced and just as good. A fab gem of a hotel. A big thank you for making my stay and holiday ab fab!

This is a beautiful hotel, the garden is gorgeous, and the building and design are exquisite. The pool is actually nicer than the photos, but just beautiful. However, the best thing about this hotel are the owner David, and his lovely staff. Such friendliness and service are a rate find! Also the food is amazing. Breakfasts are delicious - pancakes with maple syrup for the kids and a wonderful selection of Asian and European. We also had dinner - superb! The other lovely things is that it is so calm, and a complete oasis after a hard day at the Temples! This is a well deserved 5 star review!

The previous reviews on this place are all true. This boutique hotel offers you the luxury of comfort, relaxation, treats, delicious food and a 5 Star staff. We arranged with the hotel for a car service to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly face, holding a sign with our name. And like everyone said, once inside the cool SUV, we were handed a minty-cool face towel, and fresh coconuts!

When we arrived at the hotel, we immediately love the decor & the under stated style & comfort. We were greeted by the friendly staff and met the owner, David and his wife. We had an agenda on what we wanted to do/see and the concierge understood it and helped us navigate our plan. He was great! Our room was exceptional. Beautiful and thoughtfully designed.

Driving around Angkor Wat/Siem Reap and seeing the huge hotels with huge tour buses and all tourists, you just know how fortunate you are to have chosen Shintana Saya. The hotel is situated in a safe-local area where you can see the real people around you. It’s amazing and my 2 girls loved it! And getting to the tourist areas/spots, such as “Pub Street” is so easy with a tuk tuk, but you are also away from all that touristy junk.

Thank you to all friendly staff for an amazing stay. My 2 young girls, my husband, and I had a wonderful time and miss Siem Reap and your hotel already.
