We stayed here for 4 nights.

Upon arrival at the airport, there was a tuk tuk driver waiting for us to fetch us to the hotel. Journey was about 20 minutes. At the hotel, we were greeted by the friendly staffs with cold towels and ginger teas. Overall, check-in was good and fast. We got upgraded to the suite room located at the 3rd floor of the hotel.

The pros:
- Big and clean room
- King-sized bed and comfy
- Rain shower with strong water pressure
- Prompt room service
- Complimentary tuk tuk to and from airport and out to the town

The cons:
- This hotel has no lift/elevator.
- Room is not sound proof. We can hear sound of the staff preparing food at the kitchen which is directly above our room (rooftop terrace)
- The reception staff did not pass down information to another staff properly (different shift). They prepared our take-away breakfast for sunrise tour on the wrong day.
- We visited Siem Reap close to the Pchum Ben day. Staff did not informed us in advanced that their spa will be closed the entire week. In the end, our complimentary massage was done by masseuses hired from another spa (which was quite bad)
- Rooftop "restaurant" was just a few tables and very little choices

Overall, the service was sometimes good, sometimes ok. Just need to improve on communication and the rooftop terrace/eating area (seems incomplete)

Room Tip: Stay at lower floor cos this hotel do not have lift.

We came here for massages twice, and enjoyed it both times.

My masseuse was professional and would check with me to make sure she was applying the right pressure on my trouble spots. My friend had just finished the marathon that same day and had some difficulty walking after, but after his massage, he said his feet never recovered so quickly.

The rooms are clean and very big, and the en-suite toilets are spick and span.

I stayed in Marrison for 3 nights and found the place to be beautiful with great spa facilities. The staffs were all helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant at the top was superb with good environment. Many variety of choices at breakfast and all well done! You can also order foods as you like and can get it delivered to your room if you don't wanted to stay at the top floor. The spa with cold and hot pool was beautiful and the whole atmosphere is amazing. I would come back and highly recommend this place if you are in Siem Reap! We really loved this place and will never forget our stay and hope to come back once day.

The hotel pick up is on time with Tuk Tuk.
I tried 4-Hand Massage and Body Scrub. Massage and Scrub are good, within expectation.
Massage room also clean and facility are new.
Some points to improve are:
- We waited 20mnts for the masseuse to come and apart asking us to change, we were left in limbo
- after massage are done, instead of leaving us to change or use the bathroom, they stay in the room to tidy up. Usually its done after guess left the room.

So overall service are good. Just need to improve more.

This little hotel was a best place to stay in Siem Reap during our holiday. It's a very relaxing place and staffs were superb friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a quiet street, a great place for relaxing and have many places to eat and buy nearby. The spa area and facilities were very clean and nice. The GM (Mr. Pich) was so helpful and organized a tour for us to visit the temple ruin and even gave us a packed breakfast to take away as we were leaving too early for sunrise. Can't fault this hotel. Thanks you for a wonderful stay!!!
