We arrived at the hotel late , check in was quick and easy. The service was excellent. Great breakfast. Great location. A walking distance from the metro station. Very convenient hotel for business trip.

Leva mazaya center location is excellent room are clean service is good. Staffs are very friendly specially Mr. Kalyan at reception helped a lot to get taxi and all during check out and other activities

When I first used Leva hotel it was in summer 2022 and I selected this hotel based on its location (walking distance to Dubai mall), but then I was nicely surprised by its general atmosphere and the amazing staff that made my first stay so confortable. Especial shout-out to Sara and Yin Yin, they are young active and very professional staff, even during rush overwhelming hours, when there is a long queue of customers in the reception, they never fail to offer the best service with a smile. Such staff are the real asset of this hotel. In addition, the availability of kitchenette made a difference, when it comes to keeping up with one special diet. I am definitely coming back soon..
