Pros:
1. Wonderful breakfast, everything very delicious and small changes from day to day. Staff of the restaurant work very well, used plates are removed immediately, cutlery is replaced immedaitely. Very well service
2. Rooms are clean
3. Free secured parking
4. friendly staff

Cons:
1. Access to the rooms on the fifth floor, two elevators should be used and to walk through a long corridor
2. Although it is not far from the city center, in winter, it is not so nice to walk through dirty snow and deep puddles. You can drive if you have car, but you will have problem to find parking in the city center.

We got a 'comfort' room and were very happy with it. The room was spacy and cozy, the bed - very comfortable (I dreamed well sleeping on it :) ). The room was cleaned every day (in the afternoon, but we didn't care since we spent days enjoying Lviv & its suburbs). One disappointing (for all the nature lovers out there) point - the towels were changed every day, notwithstanding the fact we left them on the towel rail as required. (I mentioned it at the front desk upon checking out)
Breakfast is a wiiiide choice of cold&warm dishes for any taste, but be prepared that it's more of an Eastern European variety of products (which we liked a lot). The restaurant staff deserves special recognition - they were polite, quick and kept it in perfect order during the whole breakfast time. Good job!

This is a hotel that has been built in 2014, but seems older if you do not know. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms have space and stone floors, so they might be cool in the winter time. They offer slipper for use. The beds are a bit hard, but you will get a good sleep. My room was quiet, but my friends reported of noisy neighbour and said all noises go through the walls, also high heels on the stone floor sounds terrible in the night.
The breakfast buffet was rich and tasty although lukewarm and that might cause problems in warm weather. There are elevators to all floors but this breakfast area seems to have a few stairs at both doors, otherwise also wheelchair access. In my room the shower would have been a problem for disabled, but there might be rooms suitable for showering.
There is a small spa at this hotel. Cannot tell more about that as I had not time to visit it.
The prices are good.

Room Tip: Every room wil be OK, if you do not happen to get a jerk next door.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, loved the fitness room and spa. Bare in mind that Spa is extra paid as I have noticed not many guests were aware of that. We also used the spa treatments (massage, facial) and we can definitely reccomend. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and was very delicious. I have attached some pictures of breakfast, spa and room to get the slight glimpse of how beautiful this hotel is.

Nice hotel - although the location isn't great, a taxi into the city is cheap. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the spa is great - although you do need to pay extra to use it. The breakfast buffet is varied and the wifi is good.
