So glad I booked this quaint little boutique hotel (only 7 rooms) in Lviv. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mary and Anastasia. They were always eager to make my stay pleasant. You really were made to feel special as a guest here, from the delicious cooked to order breakfast (inclusive), the rapid check-in, gratis tea/coffee, to making a warming fire in the dining room's fireplace. The decor was reminiscent of an Austrian chalet and there were numerous works of original art distributed amongst the 3 floors. The breakfast dining room ceiling was coffered with wooden beams and ornately painted. The staff can even pour you a drink at the small bar in the dining room. Also, there is a small library room to sit, read, or play a game of chess. The bed/bedding were very comfortable and my room was clean. Although there is no elevator, the climbing of the stairs was not bad. The location was a tad distant from the Old Town and on a hill which made walking a bit laborious, but luckily Lviv has some of the lowest priced taxis in Europe, so no big deal. Highly recommended.

I made a right decision when decided to book a room here. Perfect but silent location, perfect rooms and extremely nice baths, excellent breakfast. There is a free parking with CCTV next to hotel, but not more than 3 cars can be parked on the territory. I will definitely return back here next time. This price is really low for such a nice service!

Hotel was a great choice to visit Lviv, a bit to walk into the center, but nice, clean room, excellent service, friendly staff and good breakfast, parking available and nice atmosphere, area seems safe to also walk at night, we booked for three and hat a room with 2 bedrooms, great value for money

My wife and her mother stayed here and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean. They even helped us out by moving us to a bigger room with two bedrooms for no extra charge. Breakfast is quite an intense experience the waitresses are constantly watching you:) but the service great. Select from breakfast in Lviv, breakfast in Paris or take a risk with the Mystery breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel during Alfa Jazz Festival when more centrally located hotels more then tripled their prices. This hotel was quite affordable and offered a very high quality for price ratio. This is a boutique hotel in an old historic building, very nicely decorated, within walking distance from the city center - 25-30 minutes of light walking. But you can always call for a taxi that is amazingly cheap- less then two euros. We had a suite with two bedrooms that was large enough with good beds. We even received a bottle of Martini prosecco as a welcome drink. The mineral water was provided daily as well. The staff was polite, professional and always willing to help. The breakfast was plentiful and of rather good quality. The only downside I can think about is the lack of elevator and if your room is on the third floor and you have a lot of luggage with you it might be a problem. But again I would like to mention the staff- every one of them was very pleasant and most helpful.
