Excellent helpfull staff with sunny disposition. They also have bike's and scooters for rent.. So if you don't feel like walking ..rent one. Rooms big, comfortable and with big bathroom and shower. It's Like staying in a family/friends house. Very relaxed. Seaview balcony. Breakfast is good and tasty. The venue is nearby very nice sea promenade Puntamika.

The boiler makes some noise.. But it's not irritating. Rooms not soundproof.

Well located with a few restaurants in walking distance. Nothing fancy but good for the price. Room we had was a bit tight. Breakfast included. The Nescafe was not what I am used to and the orange drink was, well ? But the rest was OK and the lady working the breakfast was friendly and spoke English and several other languages. I would recommend it at this price point. The linen was a bit rough. Towels as well.

Room Tip: Get a side room with small sea view

Absolutely loved it: great rooms, clean, peaceful swimmingpool, lovely breakfast on the terrace, nice bathroom, very friendly staff ... Approximately 5 min by car from old Zadar and 30 min from the airport.

We arrived late at night, the taxi was arranged to pick us up and our key was waiting for us on arrival. We had a one bedroom apartment. Double bed and sofa bed. Small kitchen area, fridge, with mini bar,air con and powerful shower with double head. We had a balcony big enough for table and four chairs one side and another with room to put a couple of chairs which looked out over the sea.
breakfast was provided daily on a tray in the kitchen, fresh coffee was provided and you could take to your room or eat in the glorious morning sunshine. Breakfast consisted of bread and cold meats, doughnuts and yoghurt with Cold juice.
The host who serves breakfast is lovely and was always on hand to give advice, they also looked after our cases on our last day and happily arranged transport for us.
The pool was quiet most days but we mostly went to the local beach which was lovely and a 15 minute walk from the Villa.
there are plenty of places to eat locally but we walked to the old town often and occasionally got a taxi back. Walk along the sea front route..don't follow the main roads and you'll find the boatmen who will row you across to the old town for 5kn. Cuts off 10 minutes at least of the walk.
All we wanted from this holiday was simply a cheap week in the sun...we were treated to so much more than we expected.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of a week's fly/drive in Croatia.

We had a bit of trouble finding it to begin with (it is tucked away but not especially hard to find - it was the end of a long day!).

Its tucked away position means it is quiet, calm, relaxing and very peaceful.

The rooms are a good size with a lovely shower room. There is decent aircon which was much needed in the heat of late August.

There is a small but lovely and very carefully maintained pool. The location is good, the (very impressive) centre of Zadar is a 5 minute drive away. Having a car is not indispensable but definitely made things a lot easier - the beaches are fab and quite close by. But for getting easily to the town centre and for a good choice or restaurants it makes things a lot easier having your own transport.

The breakfast is lovely and is eaten outside in the garden - very cool. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

I recommend this hotel very much.
