This place is to the right of the Diocletian Palace when facing inland from the promenade. It covers quite a large area and gets very busy as the locals shop here. The stalls sell fruit /vegetables clothes/ and all the usual market stuff plus a bit of the inevetiable tourist tat. We shopped for fruit and what we bought was of high quality and very reasonably priced. You need to watch out for sudden changes in level as the surface is ia bit up and down and be aware that on a hot day it is going to be a hot place to be, as there is no shade - plenty of people selling drinks though.
On our last day we bought some home made cheese from a little elderly lady selling only a few cheeses and courgettes - the cheese was exceptional - shame our 5'7" "housemouse" knicked most of it but cheese is her thing .
As to Tg Brac Radic itself - I would not bother there is nothing much there but the nearby fish market is worth a look
