DON'T GO. Fleas - my 2nd stay and was the same last time. I tried again 1 month+ on as I like the apartments and Marriott usually has good reputation. Not so here. A real shame as there's a lot that is really positive physically in the place and I so wanted to like it. However, this time I got really ill from flea bites w infection, nausea, diarrhea, light headed etc. There's clearly flea infestation over time that has got into bed mattresses. I actually saw them.
So I had hassle to change rooms in middle of night. Got a room downgrade Not upgrade despite request. Person who helped move in night said they had to file report and took photos of bites. Report wasn't filed and Manager Alison next day tried to say no fleas and I must have sensitive skin (after 1st clearing reception area of guests). Nonsense. I showed a few of the many bites I had but she insisted her staff said no fleas, nothing wrong w mattress, clean linen etc. So nothing done to get rid of fleas in mattress. Manager accepted staff's claims all fine (they're motivated to avoid fault) over guest's evidence. Wierd.
Room I was moved to had no coffee machine, gas switched off, safe didn't work. So upkeep is slack.
Top rate paid, no discount, treated shabilly by staff.
The staff are out of the depth and not well trained. Example, a business hotel should be able to scan 2 documents as requested (not as 1) You need to ask for water, it's not supplied. Internet wifi blocked for computer (troubleshoot report shown) but excuses no need to sort because not happen with others. "You can use your phone so that's good enough" (I've spine problems). So not up to standard for business.
When I'm leaving still I'll I'm told "See you again soon." Make your own conclusions. Mine weren't positive.
