Overall wonderful experience. Getting close to a Michelin star for sure. From entering the restaurant, the staff was very professional and sommelier Matija led us through a pleasant dinner entire evening. We were accompanied by friends who new well about the Croatian wines from the list so didn't rely much on his expertise, in which no doubt he is the master.
We shared exciting First Impressions, well presented and interesting culinary combinations, of which to highlight superb Tuna Carpaccio and awesome - 48 hours prepared beef soup. Minor deficiency on Beef Carpaccio, pieces were too big and too structured to my taste.
Moved on to Unforgettable moment, we had various main dishes, delivered with an amazing twist of tasting experience. From branzino tortellini, risotto to tuna steak. All simple dishes per se, but brought into a different dimension. And yes, the desert as a full house.
Kudos to the chef!
