We chose this hotel because of its location and the good reviews. We were not disappointed.

First, the staff at this hotel really makes the difference. The women at the front desk were so helpful. We had a million questions and they politely and patiently answered all of them. Nothing was too much for them. Our lovely waiter for breakfast was super helpful. He helped us with luggage, told us all the great sites to see in town (the important ones from the war), and talked politics and history with us to our hearts content, He felt like an old friend--it was lovely.

The hotel is hip modern, the rooms large and the furniture and appointments all nice and fun. The bed was a large comfortable king with lovely linens. The bathroom was a swank, dark, spa kind of thing with a big bathtub. Bonus!

The downsides? At any other hotel I would have been annoyed about some things, but seriously the SERVICE and FRIENDLINESS of the staff made me forget about them. The biggest one for me is the HVAC system. There was a heat wave while we were there and our room had not been occupied before so it was sweltering hot in there. The AC is on the weak side and takes a long time to cool down a room. Once the room is cool it is fine, but if you are on the 6th or 7th floor it might be hot at first. Second, and I hesitate to say this, but there is a slight moldy smell in the lobby and some of the rooms. I lived in India for years and this was common in fancy hotels with AC. Normally this would be a deal breaker for me, but honestly I was so charmed by the staff that I decided it didn't matter. That's how good they are.

Management take note: you have some real gems working in your hotel. I hope they are recognized for the exceptional work.

Room Tip: Many rooms are in the attic and have attic windows, but not street view windows. If its impt to you ask about it.

Nice and tidy. Staff extremly polite. We were late for breakfast several times and there was no problem. They served us with smile.
Ok spa and wellnes.

All in all in general very good, would come back if staying in Sarajevo again.

As the name suggests its central. Very comfortable and clean. Government gives it a 3 star rating but trust me it is more. Affordable with full gym and pool facilities. Very enjoyable and a special shout-out for Dijana at reception who knew our name and had everything prepared before we even asked. Would certainly recommend hotel especially compared to others in the centre which appear very tired.
