Because of the problems in Venzuala, I had to extend my stay here. They communicated with me very well. It took 1 hr to get to hotel with heavy traffic. Traffic heavy all thru Lima. I went to a mall about 4 miles away. Cost to go 10. There were taxi stands in mall wanted 40 to go back. Went to street and got one for 15. Area is very limited for shopping/rest.. Go R at hotel and walk to main street about 3 blocks. Some stores across street. Take L and there is a casino there. In front of casino, small gas station. Continue to block and L about half way down, small store. continue to block, 2 restaurants. All 4 rest were packed and 3 of them never approached me. Small sidewalk store by 2 restaurants. Go L out of hotel to main road(Hwy), there was a small cafe. Turn R there was a medical center. because I had to extend my stay, my next room was a suite with hot tub in. No problem with noises either room. For breakfast they had a nice hot/cold buffet.

Room tip: I laways ask for a quiet room

The hotel is perfectly located in the business district of San Isidro .
The room was big . It was clean and the bed was super comfy.
The breakfast was very complete.
The wifi works correctly.
The staff is nice, helpful and knowledgeable.
The rates are affordable
I would definitely recommend to others.

Room tip: rooms on the high level are quieter

Great Location but very thin home made windows. You will hear every car and noise outside (like dogs barking) even with the window close. I was unable to sleep properly.

Mattress not orthopedic. Uncomfortable.

Good breakfast and restaurant with many options in the menu.

We arrived reasonably late, after 2 long flights from Australia. We had 2 rooms which were really large with good comfortable beds. We were on the 5th floor and the hotel was reasonably quiet, near a park and off the main road. We ate in the restaurant that night and the food was great and service quick. As we left early the next morning we just grabbed a bit of breakfast before our taxi took us back to the airport, however the staff at concierge were very accommodating and efficient. We did not get a chance to see the area but the hotel was clean, well run and affordable.

We arrived in Peru at about 9pm and went straight to the hotel. The staff were friendly, check-in was easy and the room was really comfortable. The next morning, we went straight to the bus station (Cruz Del Sur) which was an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel- perfect!
