Great place with significant history. Daniel in Concierge is an excellent person who gives a great tour and makes the experience enriching . He is very knowledgeable and experience and very customer focused. Great people overall and atmosphere. Dont miss the evening tour of the hotel.

The hotel staff and the hotel grounds are beautiful here. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I had dinner multiple times in the restaurant at the hotel and was served by Eva. She was nice and friendly giving recommendations (get the ceviche!). I took at Pisco cocktail making class with Darwin, he was funny and did such a great job teaching the class how to make a classic Peruvian drink.
I also got a massage in the spa. The spa is lovely and clean and has great therapists available. I had Lastenia for a relaxing massage as well as reflexology. She was very attentive and did such a great job with my massage!
I would recommend staying at this hotel and also getting services at the spa.

The hotel is very elegant, is literally a museum. Everything has a purpose and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The pisco sour classes were great, Migue was entertaining to watch his presentation. The drinks are great and the service is outstanding.

The spa was relaxing, beautiful and calm. Angela did a great job to explain the thermal circuit process and was friendly and helpful. I had a massage with Anna and she was fantastic! I will definitely be visiting again, highly recommend a visit!
