Our Favorite Luxury Marriott Ever!!

Staff are amazingly thoughtful, always one step ahead of your needs. Beyond gorgeous hotel, rooms, dining areas, courtyards, ….. everything!!
Be sure to take the palace tour, spend time feeding the resident alpaca, Indi, and relax by the fire pit.
After hiking the Inca Trail, Ana & Ruth gave much-needed massages at the spa. Claudia & Lastenia also made certain we were comfortable in the relaxation room.
The concierge will help plan every detail of your daily outings.
Such an impeccably run hotel that we will never forget!!

Best Marriott Stay Ever

This was the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed at. I’m a Marriott gold member, so I’ve stayed at a lot of locations around the worried, and this is the best one by far. The staff thought of every detail and made our stay so smooth. We cancelled a day trip we had planned so we could stay longer at the hotel. Emerson welcomed us and showed us to our room. He was so informative and kind. Renato, one of the concierges, was amazing. He planned every detail of our stay for us and all with a smile! We also visited the spa during our stay and Ana and Ruth were two of the best masseuses we’ve had. Even giving us little gifts at the end. Claudia and Lastenia at the spa were also fantastic. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. They even had an alpaca from an ethical farm in the courtyard, every single day for the guests. Thank you!!

Room tip: Save time to just spend at the hotel.

Blend of historic charm and modern comfort

Palacio Del Inka was a perfect balance of historic charm and modern luxury and a great base as we explored the areas in and around Cusco. Great location, great breakfast/restaurants and phenomenal service, including Jonathan. We enjoyed exploring the hotel and spending time with Inti.

Wonderful spa experience

Great spa experience! We don't do this often but the spa at Palacio del Inca is very nice and the staff is wonderful. Special thank you to our message therapists Ruth and Lastenia. Would especially recommend this after trekking the Inka trail!

Super nice

Classy historic spot, well located, full breakfast brunch, good restaurant / bar, good waiter service, 24 hr room service, direct tv, ATM machine, morning tea, spa and massages, bell boy service , concierge, front desk cash exchange, etc.
