Outstanding stay in Cusco

Loved everything about this hotel.
From the welcome at the door, the reception process, beautiful hotel decoration and ambiance , comfortable room, friendly staff and great food - everything was great.
The excellent breakfast was enhanced by the regular morning appearance of an alpaca in the central courtyard adjacent to the dining area..
The hotel was very convenient for all main sites and it was a pleasure to return after a day out exploring.
Don't miss the hotel tour (I think it is 5pm each day) - very interesting cultural experience at the end of the tour!
Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Palacio Del Inka.
Would love to go back.

Highly recommend this place in Cusco

After a day of touring and walking with our knowledgeable and charming guide Jesse it was lovely to come back to this beautiful hotel in Cusco Palacio del Inka the staff were very courteous and helpful
As we were very tired and exhausted because of the altitude (it is important to rest )we went to the spa and I had an amazing massage by Lastenia I highly recommend her!

Wonderful staff and hotel in Cusco

We stayed in four different hotels during our anniversary trip, and the Palicio del Inka was our favorite. The staff were wonderful, the food was great, and btou visits they upgraded us and left a beautiful cake and champagne in our room.

Highly recommended hotel and central location.

We will miss Inky the Baby Alpaca the most ❤️

A wonderful luxury experience in a great location

My husband and I stayed at Palacio del Inca for three nights before starting on our Machu Picchu trek. It was an absolutely stunning property filled with history. The hotel had a lot of events to keep us busy as we acclimated to the altitude including a tour of the hotel, cooking class, Pisco sour making class, and vendors with a baby alpaca named Inti in the courtyard, and wonderful massages with Ruth and Ana in the spa!

The entire experience was wonderful, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was great (easy walking distance to lots of good food and shopping). I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury hotel in Cusco.

Amazing stay at the Palacio del Inca.

The property is absolutely amazing!
The food is absolutely wonderful!
The spa is a breath of fresh air and relaxing as can be; try the thermal circuit.
The staff is wonderful especially Daniel in the bar on our last night who took really good care of us. And the night staff at the front desk checked us in at midnight and out at 4 am, even at those off hours they were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. It will be my pleasure to come back to see what feels like our new friends here at Palacio del Inca! 🙏❤️
