A wonderful luxury experience in a great location

My husband and I stayed at Palacio del Inca for three nights before starting on our Machu Picchu trek. It was an absolutely stunning property filled with history. The hotel had a lot of events to keep us busy as we acclimated to the altitude including a tour of the hotel, cooking class, Pisco sour making class, and vendors with a baby alpaca named Inti in the courtyard, and wonderful massages with Ruth and Ana in the spa!

The entire experience was wonderful, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was great (easy walking distance to lots of good food and shopping). I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury hotel in Cusco.

Amazing stay at the Palacio del Inca.

The property is absolutely amazing!
The food is absolutely wonderful!
The spa is a breath of fresh air and relaxing as can be; try the thermal circuit.
The staff is wonderful especially Daniel in the bar on our last night who took really good care of us. And the night staff at the front desk checked us in at midnight and out at 4 am, even at those off hours they were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. It will be my pleasure to come back to see what feels like our new friends here at Palacio del Inca! 🙏❤️

Fabulous Spa

An incredible afternoon in the thermal circuit followed but the most fabulous massage.
The thermal circuit with spa pools, sauna, steam room and multiple showers was a totally new fabulous experience.
The massage was out of this world, Ana had perfect pressure, wonderful technique and the ambience was amazing.
Finishing in the relaxation room was the final delight. Warm chairs and beautiful tea.
Nothing to fault and everything to recommend.

The spa is absolutely amazing! Be sure to ask for Lastenid!

We had an amazing massage and thermal circuit at the spa on arrival in Cusco! Lastenid was a fantastic masseuse! One of the best massages I have ever had! Highly recommend the spa to anyone visiting Cusco even if you are not able to stay at the hotel!

A prefect hotel stay

This was an outstanding hotel in every way. Great restaurant, fantastic rooms, and the best service of any hotel I've experienced. All the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and caring. All together a great stay. A special thanks to Walter !
