We arrived late and went to the restaurant for a light meal. We ordered a glass of red and white wine. White wine was wrong and we asked for a new glass. Waiter just went away. We ordered a Ceasar salad with chicken. It had a strong fish flavor (wrong dressing?)! A new waiter came to our table to ask "if everything was ok". He seemed to understand that we were absolutely dissatisfied with their food - and service. He tried to compensate by offering a new glass of red wine. However, we complained about the white wine. This service and staff must be below normal standard in a Hilton airport hotel.

If you need to stay out by the airport I highly recommend this property. The staff was great, the rooms were awesome, and the amenities were top-notch. We hung-out by the pool and got some sun on the large balcony on the back while waiting for our flight. They allowed us a 4:00PM check-out because of Hilton Honors status (I think I'm only a silver though so definitely ask when you get there!).

This hotel is close to the airport, but not really. It is actually a 10 to 15 minutes circuitous drive through an industrial complex to arrive here. I stayed here for an early morning flight and had some time the afternoon before, so I went into town. Another drawback, as many taxi drivers don’t know where the hotel is. It’s not their fault, it is complicated to find.
As for the hotel itself, it’s exactly what you expect from a Hilton. Except the front desk service. Every time I went there (and that was often, see below) it was either understaffed, or every person was helping one single client. The reason why I went to the front desk so often, was that my room door did not work. There seem to be some trick to opening it, which I couldn’t figure out, and no one could adequately explain to me. (Why would a hotel have truck doors?) So I had to ask front desk to send someone up to help me every time I left my room.
So overall, not a bad hotel for resting your head before an early morning flights, so long as you don’t want to leave your room, because you might not be able to get back in if you do.

After a 14 hour flight this was the perfect place for a restful nights sleep before flying to Buenos Aries. Upon arrival at the airport we headed straight for the TransVip desk and 10 minutes later we were on the shuttle on our way to the hotel.

Check in was smooth and professional and we found our room to be typical Hilton, well appointed and very comfortable. The TV had 3 or 4 English news channels. Being somewhat isolated with no real dining options nearby we had dinner in the main restaurant. We had pizza and a salad, both of which were very pleasant. Service was good, the beer was cold, and the wine was inexpensive and very good. The following day we took the free shuttle to the airport which was quick and easy. All in all a very pleasant layover.

Service is friendly and efficient. Rooms big and comfy. Nice pool and sauna. I'd have loved if they had USB charger points in rooms though. Breakfast is included and pretty good. I'd recommend staying here.
