If you need a good 3-star hotel, with CLEAN rooms and convenience to almost every where in central-city Singapore, and the MRT at your doorstep, this is the place to be! Excellent location! Breakfast and wifi is also good. There is no need for an expensive 5-star hotel esp if you are typically not in the room during the day.

My associates and myself stayed in this hotel and to me it's a simple yet affordable hotel. MRT, Shopping Centres and other amenities arw within the hiyel area. Even it's pegged at budget category but the breakfast is better than those I've stayed before. Staff are not only polite but always ready to attend to you. I strongly recommend my associates to stay in this hotel.
The hotel was nest and clean ,room size is bigger compare to other budget 3* hotels in Singapore .Only 100 meters to MRT,the Location is also good ,quiet and some food courts are nearby.The breakfast was not so good ,average.the hotel check in and check out is so fast and the staffs are also friendly and co operative.
We (family) stayed in this hotel way back 2009,unfortunately, i wasn't able to give my feedback during that time. We are planning to go back to singapore however we will not stay in oxford hotel again! Our room was so filthy. There were disgusting stains in the curtains. Molds in the ceiling. There was a very foul odor in the hallway.
Me and my family stayed for a couple of days for a vacation. I was kinda happy that there's a Filipina receptionist, made me feel like it's near home.
Upon reaching the room, the appearance was relaxing. I opened the ref, and it was so dirty. There are hair in the ice cube tray! And there was no microwave oven... good thing there were no bed bugs and showers were functioning well. Would've been nice if there's a bidet. The t.v. has poor signal too. No free wifi and it sucks.
During my travel to Singapore I stayed at hotel Oxford. I spent 2 night there and that was a nightmare. I couldn't sleep because of the bugs. They were everywhere!! Moreover, hotel was smelling really disgusting.. By the way I'm not talking about just my room.. Whole hotel was smelling like socks! Altough the hotel was claiming that they are an international hotel,,the breakfast was only for Asian people.
