We enjoyed our stay at the Fullerton. The public spaces are beautiful and the rooms are contemporary, sleek and highly functional. Great lighting, desk, and well laid out baggage/storage space. Very comfortable bed. Great variation of privacy or open options in the bathroom. They also have a balcony which most do not in Singapore. Housekeeping service was great. Breakfast service was very slow. They had a brunch and each day we asked for a latte and we were usually done with a plate ot two before it arrived. Strange, b/c there are lots of staff. The breakfast brasserie is very beautiful though. Concierges were pretty good, I would have expected...very hands off approach and didn’t feel like they had info that we could not access on our phones which was disappointing so we did not use them too much. The hotel does not have a business center or a computer you can used. You have to walk about 7 min to their sister property which we found very surprising for a glamour ours 5 star in Singapore. Also, the spa is in the other hotel. These are both services we use, so that was really inconvenient. The location is convenient. You walk out to the Esplanade, there are many office building around, beautiful views from many locations. There is a rooftop pool which is knockout gorgeous and the adjacent cafe is a great place to have a drink and watch the...We enjoyed our stay at the Fullerton. Service is very slow and the food is average with a high price point. They could do a lot better in Singapore where there is a lot of great food. I would say the hotel has better form than function. But overall, it is a beuaitiful place. My choice of whether to stay here in the future over some of the other great choices in town would likely be price driven.More
