I stayed for a month in June/July 2016 in a 2 bedroom apartment. The management was very supportive and caring during our stay, as we had come to Singapore for a medical procedure. We really enjoyed the hotel, service & location! The Manager Mr. Eddie Chan, and Assitant Manager Ms. Christine were very caring, and the entire hotel staff was very friendly.

The rooms are spacious, as a 2 bedroom apartment included dining table, lounge with sofas, fully functioning kitchen. There were also 2 bathrooms in the apartment, making it comfortable for everyone.

Hotel also includes a 24 hours gym, which was very comfortable for me, as well as a pool.

It’s set in the perfect location to access the city. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 weeks and our room had separate living room and kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed 2 weeks in a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in February. The bedroom is large enough to easily fit a rollaway. The large wardrobes as well as the kitchen cupboards provide ample storage.
Excellent location near Clarke Quay and Roberson Quay with their restaurants and entertainment.
Breakfast is included, but rather limited: some hard boiled eggs and no real bread, only toasted. Lots of sweet pastry though.
Very friendly staff, and checkout time can be negotiated.

Had a great stay at the Park Avenue. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with my family for a week in January. It had everything we needed with plenty of space and great views of the ricer. Bedrooms are really comfortable and bathrooms had been recently renovated.

Really close to the Fort Canning MRT and an easy walk to Chinatown, Orchard Rd and Clarke Quay.

Staff were great and nothing was to much trouble for them.

The building has everything you need, a few decent restaurants and cafes, a couple of bottle shops and a supermarket.

Really good place to stay if you are going to be in Singapore for more than a couple of nights.

Cons:
1) The entire shower must be re-modeled. There is a serious design flaw as water leaks from the shower every time you take one. We had to use towels in the floor and by the shower curtains to prevent the leaking. 2) Shower water pressure is weak, even though there are three settings in the hand-held shower head. And the water heater could not handle two people showering back to back. Water often got tepid to cold after baby bath and an adult shower. 3) Breakfast is poor. Quite embarassing, actually. No real choices, and lots of stale, leftover pastries. They should not offer it at all if that is the best they can do. It is already only offered Monday to Friday (not on public holidays and weekends) 4) It would be great to have trained staff there 24/7 like any other hotel. We arrived on Christmas Day, and there was no trained receptionist at all at the desk. They left a staff who was clearly not a trained receptionist, who fumbled through the paperwork for check in. The same happened when we were checking out on a Saturday. The same untrained staff member checked us out, and couldn’t offer any help with three large suitcases, which my wife and I had to drag along with a baby in stroller. 5) the apartment’s phone never worked and they could not really fix it.

Pros:
The location is superb, and the suite is quite a big space for Singapore. The staff was attentive, though a couple of times we had to ask twice for things. the Handy Phone was nice and it gave the opportunity to be in touch with my family when I was at work. The cleaning staff was AMAZING!
