Early Sunday dinner for two. Hardly anyone in the place other than kids playing chasey around the chairs. Service was pleasant and trying hard to please. He had an entree of bruschetta - diced tomato on small pieces of white bread, needed a flavour boost. She had a lettuce salad which was very nice as a starter. The mains which came out separately were a chicken milanese which was dry and as parched as the simpson desert but over large in size and a lasagne which had been overheated and the cheese had separated out. Trying hard but needs a bit of flair in the kitchen.

This Trattoria offer the charm of a little Italian sidewalk restaurant. Informal yet the menu gives you much more. The wine selection is super and they have an incredible selection of cigars in their humidor. Eat outside to feel the ambience of the courtyard buzzing with activity or inside in the cooler setting if you want to get out of the heat. Service is great and the homemade pizzas very tasty. We enjoyed our snack and drinks to end our evening. A real delight.

Decor could be more up to date but it does stay relatively true to a hole-in-a-wall restaurant in Italy. But skip this restaurant if you are looking for just good decor. This restaurant serves incredible italian fare. From its pizzas to pastas, it is good. Not just regular good but soul-good. Wines are priced from S$80.00 onwards for a decent bottle but you won't be disappointed.

We had pan seared pork chop with mashed potatoes for dinner. The dish was well presented, tasted really delicious and was made from scratch. This was a top notch.

The staff did a great job. It took a while to get our meal, but everybody worked really fast and did their best.

The interior was nice and typically Italian.
