When staying at W Sentosa it's never easy to resist the temptation to indulge in some high quality dry-aged beef cooked over an open wood flame Parilla grill and on this occasion I succumbed yet again and I wasn't disappointed
Excellent service and attention from Edmund who managed our table through the evening. We chose to bring a few special vintage wines to open which was not a problem for the team and at a reasonable corkage price.
We enjoyed the Signature Skirt steak which is simply delicious with robust beef flavor and good texture. The Sher Wagyu ribeye was a highlight - not too fatty, richly flavored with a wonderful smoky caramelised char from the grill.
We departed almost bursting and the team was pleased to send our cheese plate up to the room with some decent glassware to finish up our wines in the room.
Great experience all round but made all the better by Edmund and Christian's attention to detail
