Big thank you to the staff at Sofitel Sentosa for an awesome pre birthday staycation! My first staycation which was so enjoyable that it's likely to make staycations a permanent fixture! From the enquiry stage, Jasmine of front desk was very kind to answer all my questions so that my requests will be catered for. When I next called during my stay to request for certain tea flavours, she was very kind to communicate that clearly to housekeeping. Pauline from Kwee Zen was exceptional! On top of entertaining my multiple customized requests with a smile, she offered constructive suggestions. Customized requests at breakfast 1. Nasi lemak with less rice, change hard boiled egg to sunny side up, else remove the egg entirely 2. Milk based espresso with very little milk, double shot 3. And many more Pauline asked further if it's because I'm lactose intolerant or vegan, I told her it's because I don't fancy too much milk in my shots but would like a little milk to temper the taste of coffee. She suggested flat white with low fat milk to be less milky. Housekeeping crew was amazing as well - I put a do not disturb sign as I was only there for 2 nights and didn't require further effort to clean up the room before I checked out.
