If you are just looking for a cheap place to stay and does not mind customer service, this one is recommended. This is hundred peso less than other nearby hotels/suites/lodges. It would've been great except for the receptionist and the guard whom you will meet first hand. The guard seems like to cater only those who have cars and wears decent. If you're a traveller who prefers to walk, with backpack on, and that tired and sweaty look, expect a divided attention. He pretends like he doesn't see you. Lol.

On the other hand, the receptionist is by far the rudest of them all. My partner called to reserve a day prior and over the phone it was like "one-question-one-answer-then-hang-up" conversation. When we arrive, it was nothing but fill up the form, gave the remote, pay, then up you go to your room. Not to metion her raise-your-eyebrow-you-look-poor face. Lol. Anyway, with the service of their staff, I dont know if they are still happy with their job, regardless, I was just in my room anyway and sleep the entire day.

Guard on duty is so rude, Approach was arrogant, it was Dated 07.28.15 6pm. Reception is not service friendly, not even convincing to check in. It should be improved, else you people will walk away. Even on calling your line, not even a sound of courteousness.

We have stayed here twice. Once as a let's-leave-home-for-a-day, the other was with a visiting family members. Both instances were fine. Fine means, we got what we expected. Budget priced rates. Place is still new.Great view esp if youre on the higher floor -6 and 7.

Just a few hitches, wifi is limited to an area. Lobby and cafeteria
Staff still needs to be trained more. We were assigned to the wrong room, had to move out twice. As we were settling in,had to get up for staff knocking at the door just to ask if everything's alright. Troublesome.
Not sound proof. You'll get to here someone walking, talking in the hall. You can clearly here them outside and vise versa. Which is annoyingly sad.

Other than that, youll get what you paid. It was a good stay after all.

Tip: rooms near the elevator, expect the unwarranted chatter from outside.

Room Tip: Rooms at higher levels, with windows facing uptown area.

Hotel is very affordable but is also easily filled up. Better make reservations days before your arrival. It is a good distance away from the shopping center and food shops. Quality bathroom with hot water! I tried checking in once late but it's been filled up and I just tried the other hotels nearby but this one is the best you can get from the area. They have a cafeteria but it closes 10 or 11pm.

Room Tip: You can always ask for rooms beside the other building if you do not want to see the sunlight. The bad thing here is that I didn't notice it was already morning!

The hotel is clean. The price is very good compared to other hotels in the area. It is a budget hotel but better than most other in the general area. I have stayed at a few different places near there. The strange thing is how unfriendly the front desk staff are. I think the manager sets the tone. She was rather grumpy all the times I saw her. They could make a huge difference if they changed. If I was the owner I would make some changes to the management.
