Good place to stay, room was a bit small, good size bathroom facilities. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Access to the beach seemed a bit out of the way at first, but after that was ok. Alley access to the hotel was a bit questionable, but ok. Nice swimming pool, and very accessible. Would like to give the hotel itself an excellent rating, but overall very good.

Our family stayed here for 1 week.
We got a couple of rooms here which were of decent size and had decent air con.
However room 203 had a serious smell in it.
The staff were nice and friendly and Sharon was just lovely.
The pool was cleaned daily too.
The road leading up too the hotel was a mess and the
Short cut to the beach was walking on a building site.
We feel foul to the missing towel scam and got charged accordingly upon check out.
Overall an ok hotel.
Would I return - probably not.
They also had a deal on when we stayed which was for 2500php for 2.
Very nice ambience, the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend Boracay Summer Palace. The royal aesthetics were awesome.

Pros:
- Amazing staff: everyone is friendly and accommodating (security, receptionist, servers, barista, manager). They attend to our needs immediately
- Room is neat and clean. I especially love the bathroom - they have hair dryer and hot shower. Towels are replaced and supplies (toothbrush, bottled water, comb, cotton buds, coffee) are replenished daily. Wifi is fast. Cable TV is available.
- View is above average. You can choose between garden or pool view - we can easily access both. We’re booked in a room with garden view
- Service is excellent: true to their name (palace), they treat you like royalty - welcome drinks provided; requests are easily accommodated - we asked for plates since we ordered food outside. Even though their restaurant is closed atm, they still let us use their cutleries. They apologized that they do not have forks (which isnt necessary for me :)) then their manager told one of the staffs to get forks by tomorrow
Cons:
- The walkway going to this place needs attention - though it’s not the resort’s fault since they share the road with a hospital, Hennan and a few other residential houses - mud water tends to build up especially during the rainy season. I hope the local govt gives priority to this issue.
Nevertheless, this did not affect my wonderful experience in BSP. This is my 4th time in Boracay and indeed, this is the best accommodation I’ve been to ❤️
We only had an overnight stay but the experience was wonderful. The place was clean and comfortable. It was peaceful and relaxing. Moreover the staff were polite and courteous most especially the front desk lady, Maria. She was very accommodating and cheerful. She had eagerly assisted me from booking my reservation to our stay in the hotel.
We will definitely come back.
Short distance from beach front and the room is clean and spacious. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating, most especially the hotel manager Merissa. Highly recommended. Kudos to all the staff.
