The orent beach resort was ok staff were fantastic but very limited as far as food and drinks
You are asked as you arrive do you want Philippine or US brakefast then served the same thing no matter what you order
Dinner you can have anything on the menu as long as its fish or chicken drinks as long as its pineapple juce

Firstly, I would like to thank you for trusting us to be your host during your Boracay vacation. It is so heartbreaking reading your comments about our property. I sincerely apologized for the items available at last minute of the night, most of our fruits and main ingredients run out due to volume of orders earlier by other guest. Our resto supposed to closing already however, I advise my F&B team to still accept your orders because I can see in your face that you are very tired already and hungry that time. Further, upon reservation process we stated that we are not serving pork and alcoholics drinks however if you are going to buy it from nearby stores it is allowed and free of charge.

If you stay in D mall or near beach, so much crowds and noisy. My friends stayed at station 2 and complaint about noise until 3am in the morning which is terrible. We stayed in the orient beach and this was a good decision because very relaxing surroundings, no noice at all, staffs are respecting and smiling always. Can go to beach just 5 mins walk by a nice road from this hotel. Hotel is very relaxing and everything just so nice and perfect for us.

We booth through Agoda and it was the Best Buy ever. The place is well managed and fantastic. Employees are professional and well mannered. Delicious foods and breakfast near the pool each day. Roofdeck lounge is another place to chill each day evening. Driver is very kind and so other staffs. Nearby stores, citimall and beaches. We will surely back here again.

It is like your home in boracay. Staffs are like your friends and family. Ask them, they will smile and do it for you. I truly feel like home this hotel. Food and breakfast like home cooking. Chef got good hand of cooking and food is not like commercial style. Everyone working here with passion, you can feel it. Even the one watering plants each day is the security guard always smiling and ready to help with anything. So clean everything. Pool is so blue that everyone will love. Poolbar drinks are non alcoholic but they are really made from fresh fruits and yummy. Few mins walking distance from beaches. Free shuttle service to other places. Our stay was nice and comfortable. Thank you for making our holiday a nice one.

This is my 2nd time in boracay 2nd time around staying in this beautiful hotel. This time there is a new road going go white beach which is just 5 mins walking from this hotel. Which we love it. Each day we just walked to punta bunga beach to enjoy sunset. This hotel now looks more beautiful with plenty of plants. Looks tropical and green. Good job.
If you go to boracay this time, expect to see lot of construction thing on the road widening project almost in entire island.
Nice pool, flower arrangement in all areas in the hotel lobby, restaurant which made our day. Staffs are very nice and free breakfast by the pool was really yummy.
We also had dinner at roof deck lounge and they made bbq right front of you which was so awesome.
The only thing is missing is unlimited coffee which they had before but free coffee upon arrival and each day morning in the restaurant was good. Clean room, hot water in bathroom had good pressure which i always look for and bed was comfortable what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Overall our stay was great and walking to beach through crimson road was added feature to this hotel.
