Firstly, I would like to thank you for trusting us to be your host during your Boracay vacation. It is so heartbreaking reading your comments about our property. I sincerely apologized for the items available at last minute of the night, most of our fruits and main ingredients run out due to volume of orders earlier by other guest. Our resto supposed to closing already however, I advise my F&B team to still accept your orders because I can see in your face that you are very tired already and hungry that time. Further, upon reservation process we stated that we are not serving pork and alcoholics drinks however if you are going to buy it from nearby stores it is allowed and free of charge.
