The reason why I give a bad reward to this place, because they advertise it with fake price.
Today I saw that in agoda it’s room available for a affordable price.
Because I been already in boracay on station 2 go around 15 with a trike (150 Php) to see the place.
First the place is not like in picture.
Second they ask 3800 per night. That’s 2,5 Times more than in the advertising.
Finally they say I have to book online. But online no possible.
Waste time and money (2 x trike) for a place who was not worth. Just look the picture of advertising

All our published pictures are our genuine pictures and non-edited. From station 2 to our hotel shared trike cost P20 only unless you hire special trike.

Our hotel published rates maybe different than online travel agencies, that is how it is designed in hotel industry. However you are feel free to book our room from our website where you can enjoy special rates or from online travel agencies.

We hope that you would still give us another opportunity to provide you a better experience compared to your last one.

Dirty and dangerous place

We was shoked About we booked and what we got there, fake Pictures dirty Rooms no refund no Management there, we lost all the Money. But we found a good Hotel and have had nice vacations. This Hotel cheats at all.

Room tip: noise ac without cooling, terrible und durty room

Your feedback has been considered and appreciated as it is through these that we get to improve our services. All our pictures are genuine and real photos we have published. In fact they are non-edited. However our hotel recently renovated and it is now more trendy and got it's new look. We have updated images as well all our new photos.

The Orient Beach is known for it's friendly staffs and clean rooms. We kept entire property clean at all the time. Our location is just 5 mins walk away from all leading 5 star resorts in boracay and it is very safe. There are no incidents recorded in this area and we have 24/7 security personnel in our hotel for your peace of mind. Our general manager is always in the hotel for any issues but we haven't heard any from you during your stay.

We still hope you will consider your future stay with us and we will surely serve you better.

Ugly Rooms noisy AC, FAKE PICTURES!!!

Badest Hotel in my live, no refundable no Manager, Chickens outside, no cooling but noisy AC, Dirty, Toilett in the Shower, small Room, no Elevator.

Posted Pictures not the same like the Hotel FAKE!!!

Room tip: Do not book there, is a really bad place

Thank you so much for sharing with us your detailed personal thoughts about your recent stay here in Orient Beach. I regret to hear that we were unable to meet your expectations during your stay.

As I have investigated about your issue, our front officer checked on this during your stay & attended your issues. Due to extreme heat in boracay in this summer since it reached 43°C, it took for awhile to cool the room. Room & bathroom cleanliness is something we take it very seriously.

Boracay is a progressive island, it is normal to see constructions on going literally everywhere. However you have posted some of the images those are not taken in our property but outside of the property.

We have recently renovated our hotel and updated all our images lately. All our images are genuine and accurate. In fact they are not edited. We are a two storey hotel thus no elevator installed however in our next phase we plan to have elevator as the building will accomplish 5th storey.

We always strive to provide consistent quality service to our guests and ensure that concerns are handled effectively.

Your comments have been shared to the team members and moving forward, we will ensure that appropriate measures are observed to avoid any future occurrence. We do hope that you will find it someday to give us the chance to be of better service.

A diamond in the rough

The hotel is approximately a 40 min Tuk Tuk ride from the ferry port which costs approx P250. It’s about a 20 min ride to white beach or
You can walk it in about 45/50 mins (they’re no foot paths and the roads are very chaotic so consider this if walking) if you jump in a Tuk Tuk with others heading in the same direction it’s generally P20 per person, if you hail one yourself your guess is as good as mine how much it’ll cost you, we had anything between P150-P300 charged and one that demanded even though we were sharing to pay P200. Pukka beach is only a 20 min walk which is great for spending the day away from the chaos that is white beach, much quieter and peaceful. The showers are unfortunately cold throughout the whole stay but from reading other reviews it seems a common problem in Boracay and to be honest didn’t really effect our experience there. Rooms were large and clean, beds were huge and the linen on them was the softest I’ve ever felt. The Power outs are still quite common in Boracay as much work is still undergoing but the hotel does have a generator that kicks in when the power fails and literally kicks in within seconds. There was also a cockerel close buy that literally kept us awake half the night every night we stayed there, obviously no fault of the hotel but would recommend packing ear plugs if you have any, however it’s a lot quieter than staying close to white beach! Pools was very inviting and was open until midnight which we thought was great! All in all a great stay :)

In addition to your opinion, we have a new road now which is just 5-7 mins walk to white beach. This punta bunga beach is amazing and great for swimming or sunset watching. Another beautiful and secluded beach is balinghai beach which is just 8-10 mins walking distance from our hotel.

I'm glad you have noticed our imported beddings. It was fantastic to have you, and I hope to welcome you back again to the resort on your next travel to Boracay.

Accomodating staff and quiet place

I stayed here for 3 total nights and I love the hotel so much. The staff are friendly and accomodating, and it gives me the feeling of being at home. The foods are great too. Although its distant from the beach, the transportation isn't that difficult neither. The place is well-maintained, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast has always been delicious.
