Lovely quiet location, good rooms and superb staff. Close to quiet part of the beach. Paluto service was first class. Overall excellent value. It felt like a real tropical location and one of the best things is that it is so quiet despite being close to the beach. Bar Kasbar close by is a great spot for sunset beers, or beer at any time actually.

The best asset of this place is its staff. They're all kind and friendly- from the guard, front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen. I had an issue with the linens that smelled strongly of fabric softener and when I requested to have them changed, it was done right away. It's towards the back of Station 1 but located in a peaceful area with lots of trees.
Boracay has always been busy. I searched for something understated and found it! An oasis of calm, relaxation, and fresh air in the middle of a busy town, just a minute walk in Station 1.
Even though the resort may not be comparable to those rated star hotels in the vicinity. You can definitely find your privacy here. Staffs are very accommodating and kind.
They provide a variety of breakfast options, not to mention their Paluto, which is so delicious.
I actually enjoy going back soon.
If you are looking for serene place, wanna hide from the bustling crowd, then this Hotel is best place to be. The room is huge and not the usual room size for 3 or 4 star hotels. PLUS the staffs were so nice and very accommodating! Thumbs up for the whole team who made my stay very comfortable.
It was such a pleasure staying at the Strand Boutique Resort. It was everything we expected and more. The service was over the top, with very nice and thoughtful staff. The facilities were great and the room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was included and really good. We would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again when we come back. The place and the ambience is perfect for people who wants to be in Boracay but want to skip the noise and busy white beach area.The suites/rooms are spacious and they even allow visitors until 11pm, so you can chill with friends anytime.
Breakfast options are good and generous portions too. The whole property speaks of relaxation. Well, all those things are good but I think the absolute gem is their staff, they're very responsive and accommodating.
The only disadvantage is that it's a bit of a walk to the beach, and if you're quite sensitive, the hotel is right next to the cemetery.
