We stayed for 3 days and by far it was a good stay. I'm giving it a 4 because of the staff but for the place it's a 3. The rooms are bungalow type and gives out a homey ambiance, however, it needs an upgrade if they want to be a little competitive. The rooms have a lot of potential if only they make it a little modern while being contemporary. I get that they want to make it as comfortable as they can since they wanted to give out a home away from home impression but it doesn't blend with the island's vibe. The aircons are old so don't expect it to be cold, but it's enough to keep the room cool. They do not provide bathroom essentials but the soap. They have both bath and beach towel prepared, plus they also have a safe box which is easy to use. What I like about the place is that the smoking area is big and you can comfortably enjoy smoking while on the hammock. Overall, the staff are very accommodating and friendly. They don't forget to wear their smiles and they are consistently doing their best to make us feel valued.

Thank you for your kind service. See you guys soon!

After being shutdown by the President, for some property owners illegal sewer hookups, I'm here to tell you Boracay is better than Ever! The roads have been widened and repaved; as well as the sidewalks have been done over. The beach has never been cleaner, with smoking outlawed on it; as well as the sewr system upgraded, and scofflaws's properties torn down. The introduction of Electric Jeepneys will make Boracay cleaner and quieter! There was more fish in the water than ever! Boacay I give you 2 Big Thumbs Up! Tony D.

After the rahabilitation of Boracay, we were excited to visit it again and it never failed us.
The beachfront was clean, there were no vendors near the beach, there were designated smoking areas, and there were small fishes when we swam in the morning.

Having had our cases dragged down a sandy alley from the main road (resulting in a broken handle), we arrived at the hotel. The location was excellent, on the beach, but it started to go down at reception. We were faced with a set of rules and regulations, had to give a cash deposit to cover any possible damage. Other than being told about the included breakfast being at the beachfront restaurant, no other information was provided.
Our room was a "Deluxe Bungalow" which was in the garden not far behind the reception. Externally it looked OK with a small deck and hammock.
Inside there was a double and single bed, with very old, holey bed blankets.
The toilet seat was discoloured and completely loose.
As the room did not have a kettle/cups, the reception provided one, but the kettle was dangerous, overheating and not cutting off automatically.
How this property can call itself a resort beggars belief - other than it being the last resort!! There were zero facilities, and at $75 a night, it was expensive.

Room tip: Don't stay - certainly not at the price we paid.
