Super clean room and bathroom are nice. The pillows are the fluffiest and bed was so well made. The pool and gym are well maintained, and all the staff even the guards are nicest and so accommodating. BREAKFAST BUFFET are also good. We encountered a problem on the AC unit one night and they immediately called a maintenance even its in the middle of the night. My only request/suggestion is to have a hotel slippers inside each rooms. Other than that, this hotel is superb!

It was a comfortable stay at Patio Pacific. Service was great, rooms where very clean and the amenities were decent. Breakfast was hearty although choices were limited. Will surely come back to stay again at Patio Pacific.

The staff are Very accommodating to our request. Have transferred us to a more comfortable room because air conditioner on the first one has a problem. The security guards are very courteous especially when we are crossing the streets. The breakfast buffet selection are delicious and staff are very hospitable.

It was great experice . They had a amazing accomodation and a very friendly staffs. The food was so delicious and definitely would come back and reccomended to some friend my friend in Canada and other family member.

We booked 4 rooms for 14 adults and 5 kids. After check in, another 4 family member came to us, they have booked in another cheaper hotel. They are btw considered our visitors. We ate at their resto which I must say is super tagal ng serving ng food. Visitors can stay daw until 10pm pero around 6pm, reception is asking na names, ids of the 4 pax and where they were staying daw, until what time daw. But before that, they called na asking if dun ba magsstay sa room ung visitors namin and reminding na hanggang 10pm lang ang visitors. We felt offended. First, 19pax are booked sa Patio, of course they are with us and wala pa naman 10pm pero para silang thief na every now and then nakabantay ung mga staffs sa kanila. They could have at least offerred us na we can book another room if we want, or give discount kung sa kanila na lang magstay para hindi na rin hassle sa visitors namin. Pero no, they didn’t. So we had no other choice but to book another room without the breakfast for the 4 people kesa naman ang hirap kumilos and staff are speculating na manloloko kami, yes, trust issues. Pero consideration man lang sana, 4 rooms naman ung kinuha namin, we are a big group. Even sa breakfast, they kept on asking sino sa ganitong room, si ganito wala sya breakfast. E big group nga kme so possible mag iba iba rin ung room assignments namin. Besides alam naman namin na 4 people are not included sa breakfast. Alam mo yung wala man lang care, hindi naman sa pag aano pero ung breakfast does not even serve bacon tapos hello kung pakapaghinala! Even the 5 kids did not even eat that much or nothing at all, as in walang kinain. Basta, you get nothing special for booking 4-5 rooms from them. We even have a pwd senior with us, pero no one offered a wheelchair. The rooms are clean, some staffs are mabait but overall experience especially customer service is worst! Never ever coming back
