I didn't think I was booking in another building. I asked them to book a room closer to the beach and so they did. Room was very clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Food prices are steep, nothing special abt them, but serving sizes are good for sharing. If you're looking for affordable hotel in Boracay Station 1, this is it.

I really like the hotel service, the ambiance and the beds. Very minimalistic and elegant looking. I really love the breakfast buffet Its the best part of all. Although the downside is they dont offer free room slippers which is sad because i easily got cold feet on the floor. But overall it was a superb experience. I really hope we could stay longer.
This property would probably be the best choice if you’re looking for affordable yet quality accommodations in Boracay. The rooms are spacious and clean, amenities like gym and pool are well-equipped and maintained, breakfast has good variety, internet connection is fast enough for working remotely and the location is excellent: just a short walk to the beach and restaurants in Stations 1 and 2, but quiet enough to ensure a good night’s sleep.
What made our stay remarkable was the consistent quality service by the staff, from front desk to sales, restaurant, housekeeping, gym and pool and security. Thank you for making our extended stay memorable and keep up the good work.
Very Accommodating, Very Strategic location to get access to all Stations, Staffs are very welcoming. One thing I suggest is for the hotel service massage, I know you are using contractors, please change them as they are not really know how to do the massage. everything is great the food, location, and staff. but for the massage I know they are not part of the Hotel they are not in-house, they need to be changed they don't know how to do the massage :) far way compares to legitimate doing it.
I had such an amazing stay in Patio Pacific! It was my second time travelling solo to Boracay and had no regrets choosing this hotel for my 4-day trip. Staff is awesome and accommodating, particularly the security personnel. Food was great. Great location, near D’Mall and a minute walk tl the white beach. Property is very secured, peaceful and quiet that is just a perfect contrast to the busy and noisy crowd in the island. Worth every penny! Can’t wait to go back :)
