We came here by the local taxi , to eat seafood which you need to purchase from the wet market and bargain before bringing to the restaurant nearby to cook . Bought some souvenirs here which you need to bargain again .

U can buy cheap souvenior here. Also can buy fresh seafood with good price. Pay nearby restaurant to cook for u, or u can cook by yoursef if your residence allow it.

walked past the market on our way to the beach. A lot of seafood so smells fishy. Also the wet ground from the rains during the night made the experience rather unpleasant.

There was a terrible fire and the place burned down to the ground. So Sad for all those locals! We were planning on going there for dinner one night and when they said it had burned down we went to take a look and totally destroyed!

D'Tailpapa Market is the go to place if you love fresh sea food, you can buy them from the fish market live and fresh and then have one of the numerous restaurants to cook them. besides fish they also sell chicken beef and pork meats, and they too can be cooked by these restaurants, next to the fish market is the vegetable market you can collect your fresh vegetable and herbs that you want to be added for your meats.

Mind you, you will need to bargain for the fish/meats the cooking price is more or less set, but there are different restaurants that charges differently as a competition. So my recommendation is first to get the restaurant that have a good cooking price then bargain on the fish and meats.

the Whole of Tailpapa accepts only cash no Credit card transactions.
