Dirty windows, sandy floor bathroom (even before we got to the room!), dirty bathroom sink, dirty shower with SPIDERS, the veranda was absolutely not wiped! It was as if the room hasn’t been used in a year. Broken drawer, no hangers despite there being a rack.

The masseuses were not ready when we scheduled our appointment. She was lying down on the bed when we entered the massage room. She didn’t want my mother to use the bathroom in the room and told us to use the one in the restaurant, even if there was a bathroom right there! She was frowning and annoyed when we asked her if the bed sheets and towels were clean. They were 2. They both insisted as well that we do our massage OUTSIDE where we specifically requested to have a room inside because we didn’t want to be bitten by mosquitos outside. We decided to cancel the massage. Massages are supposed to be relaxing and NOT STRESSFUL!

There is also no security guard or life guard while people are swimming. No safety for our things on shore while we are not safe in the water as well.

The only good part was that the food was good and the waiters are kind.

We came here for my husband’s birthday & had a great night. The food was delicious.. fillet steaks cooked to perfection, the views of the sunset amazing and the entertainment was great. They even brought out a complimentary birthday cake for my husband. Definitely would come back here.
