Good day! Thank you so much Henann Regency for the experience. We had so much fun. I want to thank Kathy (front desk), kuya the server at pool side last 7/14, Roldan (driver) & Gisam for all the help and assistance during our stay in Henann. I commend them all for their kindness and hospitality. More power to these folks!

It was my first time here and I was impressed. We booked a family room as we were a group of 4. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was big. It had two partitions, 1 double bed and 1 single bed in one part and on the other side, two single beds. The toilet and bath is located in between the partitions. Hot shower was working well. Our purpose with the travel is really just to chill and I was glad that both sides of the room had it's own tv set and the cable channel selections is just varied enough to keep me occupied. Each side has its own A/C. No issues with it. Our room was near the pool and the beach. Their hotel staff are not obsessively polite and courteous, which I prefer. I was just not sure why no one came to do room service on our 2nd to the last day of our stay there. Was it because we did not put out the sign that we need room service? I just thought it was automatic that there would be one. Also, no one came or called to ask us. When we checked in, the hotel lobby is very warm/humid. I don't think there was any A/C turned on. There was also no fan to increase air circulation. We were sweating profusely while waiting for them to assign us a room. But I would still go back. By the way, the road leading to the property was a shocker considering that there were hotels on each side. It was unpaved and full of potholes.

We are sorry to hear about your check-in and housekeeping experience. As part of the Department of Tourism's New Normal guidelines, we limit the room cleaning service and is upon request only which I believe was informed upon check in and stated on our resort information flyer. This is to lessen guest's contact with our employees.

Nevertheless, we are still glad you were impressed with your first Henann Regency experience and even consider in coming back again. Rest assured that all your comments are taken seriously and being addressed properly.

We want to assure you that our entire team strives hard to give our guests the best in all aspects of resort experience. It is our pleasure to have you and we look forward in giving you a much better Henann experience.

The entry road to Hennan Regency is the worst road you will see. blame the city government. But overall it was a satisfaction guaranteed! From their homey hotel rooms, excellent swimming pools, to their tireless staff and the finest breakfast buffet in Boracay!
I shall return!

I choose to spend my dinner birthday celebration to one of the best hotels in the island of boracay the HENAN REGENCY Sea Breeze Cafe the restaurant is located in the beach front and it was BRILLIANT, COZY and VALUE FOR MY MONEY. The buffet was awesome and too many to choose. The whole f and b service staff was very accomodating and flexible to everyone needs. Being in the field of hospitality for many years and working in a 5star hotel i feel the passion and hardwork of every staff to accomodate their guest one by one. You can see the smile on their eyes even if they are working wearing facemask and face shield and we know that working with mask + faceshield is so hard. Kudos to REMUEL who clean our table ARIANE who assist us Mr. Jomar the team leader especially Ms. Michelle❤ just a suggestion during bust-out service to take care of staff health and safety since it was pandemic wear gloves for their protection. Thank you Sea Breeze Cafe for a wonderful night at the paradise.
