More like package holiday hotel

I did not like this hotel, it was dark, dingy, noisy. We had to move rooms as they put us in one where the windows faced a wall. There is a lot of building work going on around so it is impossible to relax in the rooms. In our room the aircon was old and didn't' have a remote control. The hairdryer was slow, and the ventilator in the bathroom didn't work. It is a big, boisterous hotel. Not recommended. It is classed as a five start hotel, but my three star hotel, Luxx Boutique (2 mins away) was much better.

Room tip: Don't know. Be aware the hotel is hot, dark and noisy.

Feedback such as yours is highly appreciated as it is crucial in the assessment, improvement and to our goal of providing our quest with the best quality experience.
With regards to your comments on you room, we place accurate descriptions of the room along with pictures on our website to ensure that there would be no misinterpretations. Our superior rooms are exclusively located on the North wing and specifically have no views nor balconies as indicated on every booking site.

On your remarks with the ventilation, hairdryer and air conditioner, we could have made the necessary alterations to make your stay even more comfortable if these issues were brought to our attention. However we sincerely apologize for the dissatisfaction this has given you. We wish this experience does not generalize your perception of our brand and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future to refine your previous experience with us.

From excellent to average

We’re frequent visitors of Henann Regency Boracay and other Henann resorts and they used to be give an excellent service from pick-up at Caticlan Airport to hotel check-in and check-out, and everything. But it seems that some new policies and personnel are not up to the task.
Seamless airport transfer is not seamless and has lots of stops and somehow chaotic. Check in is very long. We are supposed to check out tomorrow before 6:30am to take the 6:30am transfer back to Caticlan Airport but we were told that we have to catch the 6:00am airport transfer so we have to check out before 6 in the morning. Such a very unfriendly gesture.
What a way to go Henann Regency Boracay — from excellent to just fair. Your front desk officers are not helpful and transfer reservation officers are the same.

Hennan is the best hotel all good food.good service in our room thank u ms.mae cervantes and bryan cordenillo for taking care of us see u again in a couple of months.staff is all good clean environment pool is so amazing very cold hope theres also a warm one which is good even if the weather is not good u can still used it.

Loved it here

Loved it here, clean , close to everything.staff is friendly and helpful. We got in early and they were able to get us early check in. Staff very attentive. Buffett breakfast is reallllly good. Lots to choose from. But take what you can eat as your charged 300php for left overs. Happy we choose this place and I would stay again.

ALWAYS SERVES THE BEST!  

My mom just came from Singapore to have family vacation, so my dad and I planned to go out of town and relax while she’s here in the Philippines.
We booked at Henann Regency, AGAIN (btw, it’s our 3rd time to experience their service) for 3 nights, we stayed at Premier with pool access and based on my observations it became more beautiful than our last visit. Our room was spacious, great atmosphere and cozy. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, delicious and good for the health.  My parents had a good time at the beach, I guess they really enjoyed the perks of staying in a beach front hotel. :D We loved our family vacation! We loved HENANN!
