Beautiful hotel and amazing staff

Right from the minute I arrived the staff were extremely genuine and friendly, always offering to help with anything and everything! I especially loved being greeted by my name even when I had only just checked in that day.
The rooftop pool and bar was gorgeous day and night.
I stayed in a garden suite and the outdoor bathtub was a lovely touch too! Will definitely be staying again. And Thankyou for informing me of your other priorities on other Philippine islands for my future visits

Extremely, extremely helpful and friendly staff

I went to Boracay alone in December 2022 and never expected to receive so much!

The food was good, the service was perfect, the view from the swimming pool was amazing, and most importantly, the staff was not only friendly and helpful, but they were very sincere and relaxed and cheerful. I travelled alone and therefore they have become the best companion. On top of this, I went to the beach every day and carried sand to the room all the time, but they helped me clean right away on request.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 night, and will definitely come again next time I visit Boracay!

Words can't describe how much I love the hotel

The hotel was just amazing! The room was spotless and comfy, the staff was the best, you might just sit in the lobby to meet them all because how nice they are. The food is delicious. Certainly this hotel will be my choice when i come back to Boracay.

Underrated Gem

Ferra Hotel should get more buzz for what it offers. Welcome drinks are offered upon arrival, meanwhile the pricier hotel we stayed at just before couldn’t be bothered. Rooms are well-appointed and spacious. Staff are the loveliest. Pool at rooftop spans half of the building and is properly maintained, and there’s roof deck bar service at night. Cocktails are quite cheap, and happy hour at the time was but one take one.

Location is not beachfront but only 5-minute walk to D*Mall beach, lots of food choices nearby. A pub and spa in the corner, though Ferra also offers in-room massage.

Breakfast is a set at the moment, but hearty. And if you leave early for a flight, hotel can arrange a packed breakie.

They can also organise activities on the island.

Truly, bang for the buck. And oh, the staff surprised my daughter with a birthday cake!

Will definitely be back.

Great Hotel and Staff!♥️

I highly recommend Ferra Hotel Garden and Suites to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Boracay. My family and I really enjoyed our vacation during the holidays!

The hotel itself is modern and clean, and the bed is very comfy. Their breakfast is great and have good variety of food choices. Best of all, their staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They all made our trip extra special. Our entire family felt at home, especially our baby. She got sick during the trip and they gave her a fruit basket when we got back from the beach! Definitely exceeded our expectation! 10/10!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in so far. Thank you to the entire hotel staff of Ferra! We will definitely be back!
