Ambassador Review
We had a lovely stay at Ambassador in Paradise Resort. This resort's customer service is on par with the other 5-star hotels, with few exceptions. If you want a wonderful stay on Boracay Island, you can't get wrong with this place. This resort has so much to offer, and these are the key points I would like to point out during our stay.
A. Upon arriving at the resort, we were greeted at the door by the lovely smile of the receptionist; I think her name is Mia. Her customer service is anticipatory and unconditional. Despite the mask on her face, you can tell from her eyes that her smile is genuine, and she is willing to assist you the best she can. They provided us with a cold towel and a refreshing welcome drink. Not all hotels welcome their guest like this. When our room was ready, we were surprised because our room was set up with a birthday welcome theme. For the record, we never told Ms. Mia that it was my son's birthday. This resort values the first impression of their customer.

The best part of our room is the bed; it is very comfy, and the pillows are soft. This place is well maintained as well. Unlike the other 5-star hotel, We didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel during our stay but felt at home. However, I wish they have a microwave available in the room.
D. The location of the resort is perfect! The beachfront is so close to the beach, and there are plenty of shades to stay in if you want to avoid the sun.
C. Lastly, the food in the restaurant is excellent! Although it is not cheap. However, the restaurant manager only approaches and greets those affluent-looking customers. If you look like just a hoi polloi, he will avoid looking at you at all costs. I've encountered him multiple times, but not once did he look me in the eye. Not even a smile. So to you, Sir, please improve your customer service. All people pay the same price when they go to your restaurant, and it's not very hard to say Hi to everyone you meet, and it does not cost you anything.
All in all, our stay here was excellent, and I highly recommend this resort to everyone who wants to enjoy Boracay. This will be our go-to resort when we come back to Boracay.More
