Great, attentive, and caters to family. We love our time with Crimson. Staff are very friendly and accomadating and without any exaggeration, each staff goes above and beyond.
Transportation to the resort from the airport was included in our package and even though there was some mix up (which was my fault) with our flight information and our names were not on their list of client pick up, Crimson staff took it in stride and solved the issue without giving us any hassle.
I highly recommend their spa! I did the hour massage, mani & pedi. The massage took longer than expected but I can’t complain about that. But definitely plan more time if you’re going to do all 3. Again, the staff was awesome and was very accomadating.
We did not do any much travelling outside the resort because they had everything and we tried pretty much all of the restaurants inside, food was delicious! Even when we tried to venture outside, the staff at lobby helped us where to go and called an e-trike for us when we missed their free shuttle to the main city. The beach was like a private beach! Which we love and our time spent was peaceful and relaxing. The view of our room was magnificent. We will definitely be back when we can. Most of all, they are great with family, the breakfast buffet was just the best, and by the end of our stay, staff knew my daughter’s name and had everything prepared for her whenever we come for any of the restaurants.
