After not being able to go out freely and safely due to the pandemic, me and my family were able to get our much needed vacation and change of scenery. Our 5 days stay in this resort had been amazing and wonderful. I must say that this resort truly deserves to be recognized as one of the best luxury resorts in the world as it provides world-class comfort and accommodation and most importantly, it has first class hospitality services. This resort has very spacious and lavishly designed rooms. My family stayed in a room with direct access to scenic swimming pool. Yes, in this type of accommodation, you can swim with privacy and soak peacefully in a picturesque pool! Aside from being able to swim anytime from 9am-9pm (we swam even during noon time as our side of the swimming pool is shaded), I really love the extravagant tropical and romantic vibes of our accommodation. Our room and the picture-perfect pool overlook the lush surroundings. At night, the pool's turquoise waters take on a different character as strategically placed lights twinkle in its reflection adding to the relaxing mood. The resort also offers light bites, smoothies, fresh juices, salads and sandwiches by the pool via an exclusive menu. The resort also boasts of an impressive infinity pool and a private beach. The resort also boasts of an impressive infinity pool and a private beach. We went there everyday during our stay as it only takes a 2-minute free shuttle ride within the resort. The huge infinity pool provides a breathtaking vista of the crystal clear Boracay sea, white sand, and tropical palms. There is a dedicated swimming pool for kids so my daughters and my nieces also enjoyed swimming there. The resort's private beach is stunningly beautiful and is a picture of paradise. We enjoyed the calming and soothing repetitive sound of crashing waves on the shore and the tranquility and serenity of nature as it is away from the crowds.

For me, a Boracay trip is not complete without going to White Beach so we also took advantage of the resort's complimentary shuttle ride going to D'mall everyday at 3pm. We enjoyed strolling the long stretch of White Beach and sitting on its white sand while being captivated by the idyllic ocean view and its mesmerizing and magical sunsets.

I believe that the backbone of the hospitality industry is customer service because it is the service that makes or breaks the business. This resort has a very impressive culture. All the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. They catered to all our needs and requests and they went the extra mile to provide excellent service. At Laguna Cafe, there were prearranged tables and chairs for our family prepared by Sir Johnny and Sir Marvin everyday of our stay in the resort. Chef Jen and Chef Jerwin made sure that our family always starts our day with hearty and healthful breakfast. The receptionist (sorry, I wasn't able to get her name) responded quickly to all our requests. The shuttle drivers and the staff in the pools and private beach were also nice, polite, and welcoming. All the resort's staff really made our stay extra special.
