My family were here here last December 9-11. It's a great location, beachfront, nice beach area, less crowd. The only problem is too far from restaurant. But they have their inhouse restaurant that offer great selection of foods but a bit pricey. Just take a tryke to Station 2 or at cityMall. rooms are good enough, clean and spacious. Breakfast are fantastic

It was short but sweet.
My third stay at Residencia Boracay again proved that I made the right choice.
The beach in Station 1 is the best in Boracay. The sand is at its finest, the water is gentle, inviting and hard to resist.
Station 1 is also where the expensive hotels are. So, the common misconception is that all the beachfront hotels in Station 1 are very expensive. I thought so, too, until I discovered Residencia Boracay.
The rates are very reasonable, real value for money. But even if this hotel is not as pricey as its giant neighbors, management has made sure that guests have a comfortable stay. Rooms are very clean, elegant in their simplicity and well-maintained. Facilities exceed guests' expectations. All the details for the guests' convenience are checked: there is an area where you can dry your clothes, the beds are comfortable, pillows are just right, towels are clean, the tv has many, many channels, there are water dispensers everywhere, there is security, there is massage. The hotel management has thought about just everything... and generously provide these to guests.
Food is great. The buffet breakfast is a filling and pleasant way to start the day.
Service is warm and personal. Service standards are set high but the team is able to deliver. Everyone is all smiles and very courteous. One staff also recognized me as a returning guest. "Ay si ma'am...," he said. It made me feel at home instantly.
Residencia Boracay does not just provide a comfortable and affordable accommodation in upscale Station 1. This hotel has warmth. If you want a truly relaxing stay, this is the place for some peace and quiet.
Reservation is seamless, thanks to Ma'am Macel for patiently attending to me even way past midnight.
Whatever your reason in coming to Boracay is, your stay at Residencia will make your Boracay getaway unforgettable . It will complete your Boracay experience. You will surely keep coming back.
Residencia Boracay has always been my first choice. Top of mind. The hundred other hotels pale in comparison.
Residencia Boracay is not just a hotel. it is home.

Booked this hotel for two nights, we got a deluxe room. The location is everything, but the amenities are old and outdated. You would think that they would freshen up the hotel a bit given the 6 month island closure. Aside from that, their staff rarely smiled, except for the 2 guards (one on the gate, the other on the shore). They don’t know customer service.

Excellent place that could go neck to neck with it's neighboring 5 star hotels that would cost you less. They have very accommodating and friendly staff. We have a pleasant stay. You can also lounge on to the neighboring hotels for some romantic dinner :)

Room tip: All are good but choose the ones at the ground floor and near the beach front.

I so loved our room, it was so spacious, the bed could fit 4 people in it. The room was very clean when we arrived. The price is very economical for a front beach hotel. Breakfast buffet was okay.

It is quite a walk from station 2 which I preferred as I wanted us to stay away from station 2.

Everyone was friendly. Definitely recommended!

Room tip: Choose a room upstairs
