Excellent first time experience

Hospitality is superb! From the inhouse airport transfer to the hotel is hassle free. The hotel staffs such as front desk, guards, bellboys (those carrying your stuff to your room) and housekeeping are very courteous and accommodating. Room is well kept. Large space for room and bathroom.Will definitely book again.

Less Beach Beds, Less Fun

My 2nd visit at Prime. Only reason why I decided to return is because of the beach beds.

Had a very pleasant and stress-free stay on my last visit but now, waking up early just to secure the beach beds is no longer enough.

The beachfront has been converted to an extended dining area during the breakfast. They will only set-up the beach beds around 10am.

(On a side note, bacon is no longer a regular on the breakfast selection unlike in Palm or Crystal Sands which have better spreads.)

We had to wait a couple of hours to “hold up” our spot after having breakfast and until they replace the table we have on the beach with the sun loungers.

And it could get chaotic during transition as people would try to scramble and secure the chairs.

Not a good way to start your day!

Also, they don’t have music playing on the background to set the beach vibe while lounging.

The only saving grace is that Prime still has the best and well-maintained rooms among the Henann properties.

If you are choosing Prime because you plan on beach lounging, prepare to “fight” for a spot on the limited beach beds for your entire stay or get frustrated and settle for a beach mat.

Still a great property if you just want the best room you can get at the Henann price point. But if you’re looking for the best breakfast selection and beach lounging is not a priority, Palm or Crystal Sands is your resort.

Great Service, Wonderful Experience

Great service, wonderful staffs. Thank you to Ms.Kim who assisted us on our early check in last Feb.21,2022. Also to Gerry and Joy the housekeeper, and most specially to Jomari their food attendant at the Sea Salt Restaurant who assisted us and giving us his BEST service during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at Henann Prime and will surely go back.

Attentive and Emphatic Service!

We came in at an early flight. We didn't expect it, but the front desk ladies were able to pull off an early check in for us! Thanks Jeanine and Judea for being such wonderful hosts! Check in was a breeze, all the staff we have encountered are hospitable and are very attentive to guests' needs.

We also love that the hotel has numerous water stations where you can fill your reusable water bottles. The rooms also come with pitchers which helps reduce plastic waste. Way to go Henann Prime!

A Home Away from Home

It's my second time here and as always it did not disappoint. The staffs are super friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Judea and the rest of the staff, we felt at home and had a relaxing and comfortable stay! Can't wait to be back!
