Henann Prime Beach Resort offers options for guests to avail of their RT transfer package from the airport to the hotel and vice versa at an affordable rate of only P1,600 per person (as of this writing).

HOTEL FACILITIES:
Henann Prime Beach Resort provides guests with luxurious comfort from their 300-thread count beddings and pillowcases, to complete room amenities. They take extra care of their guests by ensuring the facility remains covid-free through the use of a sticker method posted on the door right before guests arrive. As soon as you open the room, the attached sticker with the inscription "SANITIZED" should either perforate or detach upon entry, giving you an added layer of peace of mind knowing that your room has been properly cleaned by their efficient staff. Depending on your preference, the beach wing offers great accessibility to Sea Salt restaurant and the beach front, as well as a more private experience for rooms with direct access to pools. The East Wing side offers a more resort-like experience as you enter the premises, with the pool situated in between the accommodations, offering more picturesque and IG-worthy images.
THE HOTEL STAFF:
The hotel staff is extremely consistent with their customer engagement skills, from the first time we checked in February of this year, to our recent trip just this month.
A number of their staff - namely MJ and Marty, are two extraordinary personnel both excellent at providing a satisfactory customer experience. We checked in with the hotel last February when my wife celebrated her birthday, they surprised her with a birthday greeting at Sea Salt Restaurant, a dulce de leche cake requested by one of our friends who also checked in with them, and consistently treated us with remarkable kindness from then on.
When we returned this July, both MJ and Marty recognized me from the last time we were there, and that speaks volumes in regard to how they value their customers. When MJ greeted me that morning at Sea Salt restaurant, she was exuding so much happiness based on the high-pitched tone of her greeting combined with the smile hidden behind her face mask. I never expected to be remembered that way as a guest and that definitely made so much impact on me as a returning customer. Marty equally mentioned he almost didn't recognize me because my hair then was shorter compared to my recent and fully braided locks from front to back.

Naturally, they will remain right at the top of my list in hotel accommodation in Boracay, until such time other hotels bring their CX game at least at the same level or exceed what Henann Prime Beach Resort currently offers.
