We came to the restaurant at 7:00 and we get our order taken at 7:10. We still don’t get served our food until almost an hour later at 8:06, and on top of that the food is served around 5 minutes apart. In fairness there was 2 other groups of people, but that’s not an excuse for poor service as we are paying customers.

Nice place but worn out. Not much to do after 10pm when the hotels restaurant closes. Beach is nice and really close.
We had a room with rotten shower door. I saw a cockroach having a home inside the door.
When the room was changed to another one the new room was nice.
Under construction in the side, the place was a bit mess in structural design but it’s okay, we did not cane here for the resort, we came here for the beach, the foods are good.. stuff was helpful so that’s fine after all
Spend a night last Jan. With my family. My daughter end up using our shower because the hot shower in their room is not working☹️ No toilet paper or shampoo, u have to ask for it. The room is very small specially the bathroom. If u bring your towel when u shower it will get wet. Srvice is good in the restaurant but the food is not good. My daughter order a sinigang shrimp. Smell like old shrimp thats been in the freezer for a long time. The whole is clean. Just the room and the bathroom that small is very pricey we paid $5,000 peso for two room.
We came to this hotel because of the good reviews but promptly decided not to stay overnight.
This place is more for those with a budget and roughing it out. We think it was just too noisy and too busy. And the front desk told us a room would cost us P2,700.00 but it was not worth it.
We opted to have lunch instead. The food was affordable and good. A lot of items that we wanted on the menu were not available but perhaps this was a blessing in disguise. At least those that were available tasted good.
The best thing about this place is that it is in Quinale Beach. This is a public beach, hence there were a lot of people. The beach itself is very nice because the sand is powdery white. But the beach was also dirty.
We celebrated my father's birthday here, it was fun! We had dinner in one of the more private dining areas (no extra fee) overlooking the beautiful ocean. Weather was perfectly wonderful on February and when it showered a little, it's nice to walk the beach in the rain (rain is warm, like a comfortable shower)... It's just the restaurant, food took too long, and about 25 minutes after we first ordered, that's when the server told us one of our orders cannot be made and we had to order something else (she did that about 3 times, coming back out every five minutes to ask us to order something else).
