Reservation was made through hotels.com and used the app to communicate with the hotel before arrival. They are very responsive and accommodating, it was easy to set up a transfer from the airport. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. The room is simple, clean, and air conditioned! Love that the shower has a water heater. I love the service and the ambiance. Even the dining area is something to rave for. Maam Step, Mary Love and others. The airconditioning is ample with quiet function and the one ring telephone for calls is something i didnt know was necessary to avoid waking up others

The location is nice and quiet with lots of options for travel to different locations. Place is also great. The room is nice and cozy and big. The pool is also nice. Most of all, they have great ammenities such as drop off to the airport and MCA.

Staff were really friendly. We’ve got complimentary drinks upon arrival. Pool is very clean. Room is very spacious with clean amenities. They have a lot of services to offer from laundry to massage with a very affordable price to free transpo going to pasalubong center and free airport transfers Also weve got a 3 hrs extension for only 300 pesos. Its very worth it and we’ll definitely book again. Thank you so much.
