When we arrived around at around 1pm despite that I have a voucher from Mango Tour the reception did not give us a room not till almost 3 hours saying there was no reservation. Talked to them quite a while and showed proof of email correspondences, paperwork and payment proof. Waiting was exhaustingly frustrating while feeling anxious, tearful and scared we won’t have accommodations. But once it was resolved by the reassuring supervisor, everything was good. The place was great, beautifully landscaped surroundings, food was nice, room and service were fine and most of all the staff were all friendly, nice, courteous, polite and helpful. Thank you to the supervisor who made it possible to fix the situation with the travel agent they claimed failed to send the reservation. After that she made sure our stay was alright and our needs were met. More
